A quick and easy high-protein breakfast combining peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, Greek yogurt, and oats for a creamy, satisfying start to your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup rolled oats (45g)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt (120g), plain or vanilla
  • ½ cup milk (120ml), dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter, no sugar added
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (about 30g)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings: sliced banana, chopped peanuts, mini chocolate chips, shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Measure ½ cup rolled oats and 1 tablespoon chia seeds into a mixing bowl or jar.
  2. Add ½ cup Greek yogurt and ½ cup milk to the oats and chia seeds.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons peanut butter and 1 scoop chocolate protein powder until smooth.
  4. Add the peanut butter-protein mixture to the oats and stir until fully combined. Add more milk if too thick.
  5. Add 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (if using), ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir well.
  6. Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight for at least 6 hours.
  7. In the morning, stir the oats and add your favorite toppings. Microwave for 30-45 seconds if you prefer warm oats.

Notes

Use rolled oats for best texture; instant oats can become mushy. Whisk peanut butter and protein powder first to avoid clumps. Adjust milk quantity for desired thickness. Chia seeds are optional but recommended for thickness and fiber. Store refrigerated up to 3 days; stir in milk before eating if thickened. Microwave briefly to warm if desired.
