  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients and measure them out before starting.
  2. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over low heat (about 5 minutes), stirring gently to avoid browning.
  3. Add the mini marshmallows to the melted butter and stir continuously until completely melted and smooth (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
  5. Pour the melted marshmallow mixture over the rice cereal squares and pretzels in a large mixing bowl.
  6. Use a spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold the marshmallow mixture through the cereal and pretzels, ensuring even coating without crushing.
  7. Spread the coated mix evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and flatten slightly.
  8. Let the snack mix cool completely at room temperature (about 30 minutes) until crisp.
  9. Once cooled, add the candy-coated chocolate eggs and gently toss to combine.
  10. Break the mix into bite-sized pieces and serve or store in an airtight container for up to a week.
