Instructions

  3. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Stir occasionally as it foams and turns golden brown with a nutty aroma, about 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat immediately.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the browned butter and stir for 30 seconds off the heat.
  5. Pour the brown butter garlic mixture over the asparagus and toss well to coat evenly.
  6. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, tossing again.
