Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 oz pasta shells
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 Β½ cups heavy cream
  • ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Steak: Cut the steak into 1-inch cubes and season generously with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  2. Cook the Pasta Shells: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta shells and cook according to package instructions (about 8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. Sear the Steak Bites: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Sear for 2–3 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  4. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce: Lower the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if using.
  5. Prepare the Alfredo Sauce: In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally. Gradually whisk in the Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Combine & Serve: Toss the cooked pasta shells in the Alfredo sauce until fully coated. Plate the pasta and top with the garlic butter steak bites. Garnish with extra Parmesan cheese or parsley, if desired.
