A rich, creamy peanut butter filling paired with a decadent Oreo crust, this no-bake dessert is quick, easy, and always a crowd favorite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Optional toppings: whipped cream, chopped peanuts, chocolate sauce drizzle, crushed Oreo cookies

Instructions

  1. Place the Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until they resemble fine crumbs. Alternatively, crush them in a zip-top bag using a rolling pin.
  2. Transfer the crushed Oreos to a mixing bowl and stir in the melted butter until evenly combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Refrigerate the crust for 10 minutes while preparing the filling.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together using an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the bowl. Beat again until fully incorporated and no lumps remain.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Be careful not to overbeat.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture using a rubber spatula until fully combined but still light and airy.
  8. Spoon the peanut butter filling into the prepared Oreo crust. Smooth the top with the back of a spoon or an offset spatula.
  9. Place the pie in the refrigerator to chill for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, top the pie with whipped cream, a drizzle of chocolate sauce, and a sprinkle of crushed Oreos or chopped peanuts.

Notes

[‘When pressing the Oreo crust into the pie dish, make sure it’s tightly packed to prevent crumbling when slicing.’, ‘Let your cream cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes before mixing to ensure a smooth filling.’, ‘Chill your mixing bowl and beaters in the freezer for 10 minutes before whipping the cream for a lighter texture.’, ‘Don’t rush the chilling process; the pie needs at least 3 hours to set properly, but overnight is even better.’, ‘Use a piping bag for the whipped cream topping for a professional look, or keep it simple with a dollop and sprinkles.’]
