This Thanksgiving pizza combines all your favorite holiday flavors—mashed potatoes, turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce—into one indulgent dish that’s perfect for leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups mashed potatoes, creamy and seasoned
  • 12 cups shredded turkey, cooked
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup stuffing, crumbled
  • 1 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (or almond flour for gluten-free option)
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional garnishes: chopped parsley, fried onions, or gravy drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease your baking sheet or pizza pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of mashed potatoes, 2 beaten eggs, 1/4 cup of flour, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Spread the mashed potato mixture onto your greased baking sheet, forming a round or rectangular crust about 1/2 inch thick. Brush the edges with melted butter.
  4. Bake the crust for 15 minutes until it starts to firm up slightly.
  5. Spread shredded cheese evenly over the crust, followed by the shredded turkey. Sprinkle crumbled stuffing on top and drizzle with cranberry sauce.
  6. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Optional: Sprinkle with parsley or drizzle with gravy for extra flavor.
  8. Let the pizza cool slightly before slicing, then serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use well-seasoned mashed potatoes for a flavorful crust. Pre-bake the crust to prevent sogginess. For extra crunch, use day-old stuffing crumbles.
