  • 34 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
  • Optional: Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, gently unfold the puff pastry sheets. If they’re too stiff, let them sit for a few minutes to soften.
  3. Roll out each sheet slightly to ensure an even thickness.
  4. Brush one side of each sheet with the beaten egg using a pastry brush.
  5. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning generously over the egg-washed side. Add grated Parmesan if desired.
  6. Fold each sheet in half, pressing gently to seal the layers together.

  8. Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice the folded pastry into strips about 1-inch wide.
  9. Twist each strip gently by holding both ends and rotating in opposite directions. Place the twisted strips onto the prepared baking sheet.
