  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup milk (regular, almond, coconut, or oat milk)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Fresh fruit slices, granola, shredded coconut, chia seeds, nuts, or nut butter for toppings

Instructions

  1. Place 1 cup of frozen strawberries and 1 ripe banana into your blender.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt and 1/4 cup of milk. Start with less milk for a thicker consistency; add more if needed.
  3. Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of honey or maple syrup if strawberries aren’t sweet enough.
  4. Blend everything on high until smooth and creamy. Pause and scrape down the sides or add more milk if needed.
  5. Pour the smoothie mixture into a wide bowl using a spatula to scrape out every bit.
  6. Add toppings such as fresh fruit slices, granola, chia seeds, nuts, or nut butter.
