  • 2 ounces (60ml) white chocolate liqueur
  • 1 ounce (30ml) vodka
  • 1 ounce (30ml) raspberry liqueur
  • 1 ounce (30ml) heavy cream
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • White chocolate shavings for garnish
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Chill martini glasses in the freezer for about 10 minutes.
  2. Add a handful of ice to your cocktail shaker, filling it about halfway.
  3. Pour in 2 ounces (60ml) of white chocolate liqueur, 1 ounce (30ml) of vodka, and 1 ounce (30ml) of raspberry liqueur.
  4. Add 1 ounce (30ml) of heavy cream to the shaker.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until well combined and ice-cold.
  6. Strain the mixture into the chilled martini glass, catching any stray ice or bits of raspberry pulp.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries and white chocolate shavings. Optionally, add a whole raspberry to the rim of the glass.
