A rich and creamy casserole packed with crispy bacon, savory ranch, tender chicken, and melted cheese. Perfect for keto diets and family dinners.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded, diced, or pulled
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 2 tablespoons ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease your baking dish with cooking spray or a thin layer of butter.
  2. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess grease. Once cool, crumble into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the shredded or diced cooked chicken evenly in the greased baking dish.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the chicken, spreading it out evenly with a spatula. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the top.
  6. Cover the entire casserole with shredded cheese, distributing it evenly for that golden, gooey top layer.
  7. Bake the casserole in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  8. Optional: Top with chopped green onions for a pop of color and additional flavor.
