Tender turkey slices wrapped around savory stuffing, smothered in luscious gravy. Perfect for busy weeknights or using holiday leftovers.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 810 slices of deli-style turkey
  • 1 box stuffing mix
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup turkey gravy
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by cooking it according to package instructions, using chicken broth and butter for added flavor.
  3. Lay each turkey slice flat, spoon a small amount of stuffing onto one end, and carefully roll it up. Place the roll ups seam-side down in your baking dish.
  4. Pour the gravy over the roll ups, ensuring they’re evenly coated.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil for the last 5 minutes of baking to allow the tops to brown slightly.
  6. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving. Serve warm with extra gravy on the side.
